We are pleased and excited to announce our new company entity “CROSSEN, Inc.” and new brand “oli&panda”.



Our new identity reflects the significant expansion in our business activities since we first began operating Pineapple in 2009. Our operations today are more global in nature and include product lines well beyond where we started.



Going forward, “CROSSEN, Inc.” and "oli&panda” will be the cornerstone of our international identity efforts and will bring all of our products under these brand. We will phase out the “Pineapple Electronics” brand as of Jan. 7th, 2015.



The company will continue to operate in its current structure and your contacts will remain un-changed. Since this action is only announcing new company identity, there will be no need to resign current agreements or contracts.



We look forward to continuing to work together with you in partnership, and trust that you are as excited as we are as we continue to grow and diversify to better serve the industry.
